Cheaper than P.F.Chang's, good drinks, and fun people. For the best Garlic Chicken in town as well as Brandy Fried Chicken, head over to Simon's Restaraunt. I love the "homey" atmosphere and the "down to earth" waitresses who are able to speak their minds. The food is awesome and it comes out faster than going to McDonald's. Betty, Heather, and Ezzie are the friendliest gals around, but the only thing you might want to avoid is coming in 10 minutes before they close. That's what most people do, which in turn will provide the ugliest of attitudes. This place is neither fine dining or a dive, it is in between, so leave those snobby attitudes behind. If you smile, all will smile, but if you throw attitdue, you will get it back harder because no one cares. I know this stuff because i have been dining there for over 7 years, believe me...THE FOOD AND WAIT STAFF IS GOOD!!!

Best Chinese Food, Perfect Cocktails, and Great Customer Service!. Simon's Bar and Cafe offers a perfect combination of food and service. The food is delicious, especially the "honey walnut prawns". The service was fast, sufficient, and friendly. My server Betty was very attentive to my needs. And her recommendations of dishes sent me home full and "happy"! Betty's also a bartender. She can shake up a mean cocktail at your request. Overall the ambience was fun and the prices are very affordable. It's definitely a great place to hang out with your friends. The only bad thing I can say is that it's gets too crowded in there, but that should tell you something!! So if you want to a enjoy good Chinese food and drinks, Simon's is the place to be!!!

Good Food Bad service. The chinese food was great only if the service matched. Me and my wife came in for a fine dinner and got Nothing but attitude from a server named Betty. If you ever go I hope you don't have her waiting on you. She made the place very trashy with her snobbery and rude attitude. She even started arguing with the bartender in front of us and a full room of people. Which made my wife want to leave. And is the reason I will never go back there again!

yummy. this is the best chinese food in sacramento, by far. With a full bar and cheap, excellent food, you cant go wrong.
