cheap beer. The Mercantile Salon is a nice bar to go to but the some of the Bartenders are rude. the SECURITY they have at the door like to slam people to the ground and play favorites they stick up for there own friends and kick people out of the club for no reason.

Kinda seedy. Not impressed. The place appears to have a reputation for heavy pouring - which is supposedly the selling point. I guess you'd have to be extra-drunk to be there because the clientele was seedy and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long while.

Good drinks. Great drinks but sometimes they actually put too much booze and the drinks don't quite taste right. But the staff are nice everytime and it's a good place to chat. I wish they would do something different with the patio. The sunshine yellow patio is a little too much unless your in a senior center in FLorida. They could have saved the monies and decorated it like a spanish patio with tons of plants. Way too much lighting, it kills the atmosphere since it's a big box basically. But most of us overlook the bad decorating since the drinks and the staff are great.

Gay bar! Yeah!!.
This place serves STRONG drinks. They're generous! It's a great place to socialize, but offers no place to dance, which is cool. The music is good.
This place offers an enclosed smoking area at the rear bar. The smoke does drift inside the main bar as well, so beware.
