The shelves are stocked with memories trapped in time, holding a discriminating variety of second-hand, rare and out-of-print books. In the spotlight are accounts of U.S. History, detective novels, chess books and authors' first editions--so don't come here if you're looking for today's best sellers.

What's Unique
One of Time Tested Books' oldest finds is a signed 1871 original by Joaquin Miller, "Unwritten History--Life Among the Modocs." Since 1980, the owners of the store have been searching for hard-to-find hardcovers, paperbacks and novels all across America. They'll leave no stone unturned to find the books their customers are seeking. In fact, they "double-dog dare you" to find the book you're looking for before they do.
