mixed results. I have been going to Progressive Image for awhile and when Jamea does a good job, it looks good, but when she is distracted or not focused, I end up with something other than I wanted - wrong color, different cut, etc. I may be looking for another Aveda hairdresser.

BEST HAIR CUT AND COLOR!. I have been going to Progressive Image for about 12 years now, and Jamea has always went out of her way to make sure my hair is PERFECT! As I read some of her reviews, I wish more people would take the time to tell her what a great jobs she does! As we all know there are ALWAYS the ones that go out of their way to complain. In my mind, why don't they walk a mile in her shoes, and try to make EVERYBODY happy that has BAD HAIR!!

Best service in Midtown, I felt very relaxed, wanted and her shop was extremely clean!. Jamea is one of the best stylists I've ever had. What are you talking about! You obviously must be mistaken. I have reffered countless family members to her and they were nothing but thrilled with their new look. She even came to the hospitol to do my hair when my son was born so when my family and friends came to see me I could look my best! Jamea is great at makeovers. She always has the latest makeup. Lastly she knows how to put my look together. I would reccomend her services to anybody who wants a new fresh look.

Avoid this Salon.. Jamea Garlinger, owner, is one of the worst stylists in the world. You'd be better off going to a beauty school. She cut my hair extremely unevenly and used a razor, but is terribly unskilled and rendered my hair lifeless. I had dips and holes in my haircut. The stylist who is working with me to repair the damage is really skilled and sweet and disgusted with the lack of skill Garlinger's cut exhibits. It looked like someone picked up random pieces and cut with no plan. To top it off, Garlinger is very rude. Do not go to this salon. Bad haircuts take too long to grow out! Not a quality business. Try Supercuts instead. You'll get a better cut, I'm sure.

Best Aveda Salon for service and well stocked products. I love this salon, from the moment I made my appointment to the attitude of the staff ,I knew I have made a wise choice. The service staff were helpful in making me feel comfortable. They offered me the Aveda Iced tea and got me going on my services on time. I had the Outer Peace Acne facial and I bought the at home supplies and I tell you, my skin has never looked so good. I'm beautiful again. I had my hair touched up with color and my hair is shinny again.

I also had the Caribbean Therapy pedicure, it starts off with a special mango drink and she used all the Caribbean line of products on my feet, wow what a treat. I'm telling everyone to go Progressive Image and treat yourself to a facial, pedicure and hair service.

looking for a good stylist. i highly recommend progressive image for all your hair needs.They have the full Aveda hair and skin care line. i love my stylist Tifany she always makes my hair look so nice.you should give her a try sometime i'm positive you'll be happy.
