How about some decent training for your photographers. The pictures taken of our family did not have the backdrop properly laid out, so we have some nice photographs of your walls. We received an e-mail saying that all of our photo's were available to be viewed online, but then found out that in order to access them we would need the portrait studio number which I imagine would be on the customer receipt that your employee when asked about it said that we would not receive one. After our experience we thought we would lodge a complaint about our experience with Sears. In order to lodge a complaint what are we asked for? Portrait studio number. Imagine that. I feel like we've been cheated and am not really holding my breath to hear back from the studio to pick up our pictures. I feel like we could have had a better experience in some person's basement that we found on Craig's List.
