Best Paella Burrito. I love thier PAELLA BURRITO. It is a must if you love seafood. Great spanish rice with this creamy aioli and chorizo sausage with giant prawns inside...YUM-O. GREAT Navajo Nachos I get with chicken, that is freshly put together and is a HUGE order. If you want something healthy, their salmon salad is very tasty and filling. And their fish tacos are amazing also. OH! and their Ranchero Burrito Steak is HUGE and delicious every bit. Nice chunks of steak, guacamole, lettuce, salsa, rice...all wrapped in a flour tortilla broiled under some kind of tomato sauce and cheese.

great value. always take out of town guests here, great portions and attention to detail by the staff, and the flavor of the speciality salads can't be beat

boring bland mexican'ish cuisine. Although the portions are decent (especially the salads) I would say the food is so-so. Nothing fantastic or worth remembering. No problems with the service.

Fresh Mexican food, absent of MSG and lard, feed the mall's masses for just a few bucks.. The Scene
Who could resist it's electric, salmon-pink HVAC vents, whimsically painted tables, and colorful, smiling Southwestern figurines? Don't let its association with a mall turn you off--the food is exuberant, healthy-tasting, and abundant. And although the line seems long, it moves quickly, and there's always a table or two available amidst the din.

The Food
Indulge in Dos' awesome Adobe salad--chock full of corn, jicama, red onion, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole, it could easily feed two people. For something a little different, try the roasted potato and chili quesadilla or the mahi mahi burrito. This is a great spot for stuffing it in before a movie or when you're a little short on cash but still want some high-quality fodder.

Salad as an Art. Dos Coyotes not only has exquisite burritos, tacos, and traditional Tex-Mex food, but the salads are out of this world. The adobe salad is a huge salad with fresh vegetables, tasty chicken, and scrumptous fixings.

For everyone. My friend who gets stomach aches whenever she doesn't like her food loves this place.
