Bad management in a nice place

Although this is a nice looking park, its looks are offset by the poor management techniques used by the owner. She is selective in enforcement of the park rules. Has no concept of tenant right to privacy and will attempt to enter anywhere she pleases, generally has a bad attitude after you move in and is basically unprofessional in her demeanor and actions. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Her usual comment about tenants that have left because of her attitude is to explain them away calling them illegal substance abusers to other tenants. A totally unprofessional attitude that will sooner or later get her into trouble.

• Pros: Nice clean park
• Cons: Bad management practices

Prardise....hah..no way!!!!

i moved into the park about a year ago. then two days later SHE MOVED my trailer out! she says she is a pet friendly place, but it is not. she tried to just walk into my home and my dog, that she had seen pictures of and approved, barked at her. i take my dog everywhere with me, so when i came home from work i found my trailer on the side of the road on clay street. she said she didnt like my dog and that she didnt want me there anymore. oh, and by the way, i had to call the police to make her give me my deposit and rent returned to me. she gave me a check, and then cancelledd it before i could get to the bank later that day. the owner of the Paradise Park is a scam lady. she kicked her own dying father out of his trailer there because he couldnt pay. BEWARE of "Paradise Park"!!!!

• Cons: she will also move you out with no notice and for bogus things

A sanctuary

The other people who reviewed this place must be the ones that the owner talked to me about. She said that she used to have some serious meth addicts in her place that were bitter at her for making them move. She has done an exceptional job cleaning up this place. It is now very clean and safe. It is not in the best neighborhood, but within the community you feel very comfortable, with nice landscaping and friendly upstanding neighbors. I have been staying there for 3 months now and I am very happy. The property manager is always looking out for her residents at all times of the day. I highly recommend it to anyone! She provided all her residents with a good size booklet outlining all the local attractions, food, and a map to find your way.
