For the last five years I've been living in the same place that I'm renting from M&M. I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from M&M again.

I have been a tenant of this company for over a year now. Every time I needed something they were easy to get a hold of. They went the extra mile during a recent situation and the help they provided was much appreciated. I will be staying here for awhile.

My family and I have been happy to have M&M manage our properties. They're great about taking care of the issues and are good about keeping the units occupied. We'll use them as long as we own our properties because they know how to take care of us.

I was a renter for two years and they were great managers. Very friendly and attentive to things. When it came time to return my deposit they were even forgiving with some things. Definitely recommended.
