extremely unpleased i have been here at white willow about a week and there are drugs, prostitution, gang activity, noisy disrespectful, inconsiderate young gang bangers. they bring unwanted elements to this otherwise nice establishment. i have a new born and feel unsafe here. do not rent here. the security gate never closes, people hop over the fence at the rear of the building prostitution and all sorts of stuff in the rear of the establishment.

I like this company and have rented two different downtown apartments from them over the past couple years. I recommend them to my friends because they are always nice to talk to at their main office and get repairs done quickly. No place is perfect and there are a LOT worse management companies in my experience.

I do not recommend renting from this company. Our apartment smelled like ciagrette smoke nonstop due to the neighbor below us. I don't mind if people smoke outside on their patios but inside your apartment is not ok(isn't is against the law to smoke in a rental propery anyway?). We complained several times to Brittain and nothing was ever done. To our suprise when we moved out they charged us $105 for "heavy deodorizer-smoke"! We weren't even the smokers! We had in our lease to pull our rent out on the 3rd of each month(which they said was fine) yet they still called me almost montly on the 1st saying I needed to pay rent...hello people pay attention to your tenants and their lease information! They also never installed a carbon monozide detector which we repeatedly asked them to seeing that is it the law. These people are unorganized and inconsiderate. I am so happy to be done with them!

so far. Well so far my expeirence with them has not been the greatest either. Everyone in my complex has a complaint about how they hound you for rent money which they do. So far i wont like i owe 45 dollars towards my rent in which i tried to give them. but they wanted me to turn it in with the late fee which is 55 dollars plus they served me with a 45 dollar put a note on your door fee lol. so now they are threatening me with an eviction if i dont pay the full amount.(mind you i have the rest of my rent money.)

Professional and curteous. I recently moved from a property managed by Brittain Commercial and was sad to go, especially after dealing with my new property management company. I had to Google Brittain Commercial for their number for my deposit and was surprised to see negative reviews. I have lived at two properties managed by this company and both experiences have been great from start to finish. Maintenance and any problems i had were handled quickly and professionally which is more than I can say about a lot of other apartments I have lived at.

Best Place to Live in Sacramento!. I lived in Sacramento for 5+ years and had several apartments throughout midtown - the one I rented from Brittain Commercial was by far the greatest!

It was located in the perfect neighborhood (24 & H), walking distance from everything. We often had get-to- know your neighbor events, which was great for two reasons.

1) It was nice to have a safe forum to meet people

2) I got to know all my neighbors and because we all knew each other, we looked out for each other. When you are a single female living alone - it is great knowing that your neighbors have your back!

In addition to a great location and amazing neighbors, the management at Brittain Commercial is the BEST! Whenever I had a problem that needed fixing it was fixed in record time (usually in 1-2 days depending on the severity of the problem), the management was very diligent at keeping the property clean and safe, and when I moved out the move out was the easiest and most fair of any I have ever had.

Brittain Commercial was the best place to live, I met some of my best friends there and had the time of my life. Due to life changes I had to move out of Sacramento, but I often think back on my time at my Brittain Commercial apartment as one of the best times of my life!

If you need a safe, friendly and clean place to live where you can have fun and meet great people - then a Brittain Commercial property is the place for you!

Wonderful Community. I moved here a few years ago and didn't know anyone. When I rented from Brittain Commercial, the staff was fantastic. Knowing that I didn't have any friends in the area my new property manager threw a get to know your neighbors bbq.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better community of people to live around.

Brittain Commercial ROCKS. I just want to send a special thank you to the Management at Brittain Commercial. You can't always be sure of the friends that your neighbor invites to the property- but you can count on Brittain to correct a situation if needed immediately.

A scary situation occurred with a bully where I lived that was friends with the neighbor that lived below me. I reported the complaint to the CEO of Brittain and received an immediate letter directly from her stating the problem had been taken care of and the gentlemen was no longer allowed on the property. My heart was so relieved as I loved my apartment and had lived there for a few years. The problem was resolved so quickly.

A few years later, I moved downtown within another Brittain Commercial property (22nd and I) at the time ... there we had fun "Meet Your Neighbor" events where we mingled and played bingo to win money off of rents for the holidays. Home is what you make it and the management staff I have dealt with over the years have been awesome.

Good times! Thank you Brittain Commercial :)

Worse property management ever!. The entire staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and lazy. Everyone I've dealt with so far have not been helpful at all. They all talk to you in a very condescending manor. The agent in charge of my rental was always on lunch or away, regardless of time of day.

Terrible Customer Service. I had contacted Brittian Commercial to view an apartment. An agent answered and was really unprofessional. She tried correcting me on an apartment that I was interested in. We cleared that up real fast. Also their ad stated that there was hardwood throughout, NOT. The living area and bedroom were carpeted and the kitchen had laminate flooring. I didn’t like the apartment and decided to move on... The person I was in contact with told me about another place that was coming available. He had mentioned that he would get back to me; I left two messages and haven’t heard from him since.
