Suprisingly Unprofessional. It looks like a great store - however, I was only in there for a minute because the owners at the Rocklin store I was at, were incredibly rude. For being in business for over 30 years I would think that they should consider customer service as a focal point, instead of treating someone who walks with an indignant, hostile attitude. I was surprised, at the very least, that it was okay for them to ignore and become very rude to me the minute they thought I wasn't going to buy anything. I was actually in there to get to know more about their business and look for something for my sister-in-law who is a professional dancer. Needless to say, I will not be stopping in again any time soon or referring anyone there.

Great customer service.. Showed up in the store on the day before a dance convention in Sacramento. Needed tap shoes "yesterday"! Staff were EXTREMELY helpful. I not only received good service, but staff allowed my son to try on and dance in tap shoes. They told me how I could change the taps (as a novice I did not know this) on shoes to make them sound better. In all, great service and would be happy to go there again when in the area.

Great Store & Excellent Customer Service. The owner and staff are extremely helpful, patient and nice. They fitted my 4 year old daughter's shoes and let her play with the store's toys for a long time. The entire staff dance and love what they do. It was important to buy my 4 year old daughter's dance clothes in person so that she feels the excitement of being in a dance store and I could not have chosen a better store or nicer people.

Excellent service every time. I have been going to the Capezio Shop in Sacramento since I was a young girl. Now I have daughters of my own that enjoy to dance and I still go to the same shop. The owner of the shop fitted my first pointe shoes and has always been kind and helpful to me and is now helping my daughters with their shoes and other items that they need for dance. I have one daughter that is hard to fit and fussy about seams , the owner of the shop has been very patient and found the shoe that my daughter is comfortable in. When it comes to pointe shoes she really takes the time to make sure the shoes are just right. I will continue to shop there and recommend them highly.

Owner is a tyrant!. The owner of this store was horrendous. I asked her about my daughters shoe size. She yelled at me that she "has in what she can get!" Then she literally ripped the shoes off my daughters feet and stormed off. As she was doing this I was trying to calm her down with no avail. She sent someone else out to "deal with me." She made my daughter cry because she threw such a fit and hurt her ripping the shoes off her feet. Get your dance stuff anywhere but here. Don't support this behavior!
