Mmmm Eggs Benedict. I have been going to Cornerstone for about 10 years and I wouldn't go out for breakfast anywhere else.

Terrible & Overrated. Pancakes tasted like a dirty grill and the OJ tastes like a powdered drink.

Service was not good and to top it off AFTER we ate, we saw a notice from the County that they had passed their THIRD inspection...blech!!!

Do your homework and avoid this place!!!

This grungy little diner in the heart of Midtown slings the grub that packs in the weekend breakfast crowd.. The Scene
Frantically hungry people set to the task of getting their names on a long waiting list, then join the masses on the sidewalks vying for a shady outdoor table next to the newspaper stand. This is a true townie spot, abuzz with eccentric personalities, bodies adorned with tattoos and yuppies in spandex.

The Food
Plates piled high with home fries, eggs and greasy bacon are paraded through the tiny, worn restaurant and outside until they reach their rightful owners. Pancakes, French toast, omelets, eggs Benedict: You name it, if it's an a.m. dish, it's on the menu. Oh, and you can get lunch, too. Although the food doesn't warrant standing around for half an hour, it satisfies your early morning cravings. Many of the dishes that sounded tasty, like the artichoke sausage scramble and the biscuits and gravy, were bland. Ask for a bottle of Tobasco and you'll be fine.

Now this is Midtown Dining. The place is dirty, hot and old. But when it comes to the food, you would have picked a winner. The service is always great too. The lines to get in the place are long and the people waiting in them different, but it is the place to go.

Funky MidTown Experience. Get there early on the weekend because the seats go quickly. The service is great, the coffee is good and the food is pretty good.

It's crowded - but that is part of the experience.

The french toast, however, is better at Tower Cafe in Land Park.

Good food. Always in search of a good breakfast spot, this one was recomended by a friend. The food is good and pirces reasonable. Always crowded but have never had to wait. Also we have found that you can order pretty much anything and they will do it for you.

Cornerstone. Great food and fast service but way to crowded on the weekends and a bit slower.

Hometown Appeal!. They have some of the best omelets I have ever had. They have many ingredients to choose from and they are big. It is always a special treat to go there.
