Susan knows exactly what she's doing. For more than 5 years, I have been going to Tres Chic Boutique when I wanted to get something for my girl. I have purchased more than a dozen different garments, rings, underwear, etc.. there and everything was a hit. Even after one split, I asked for something back and the answer was "NO WAY, I LOVE THAT RING." I don't know what women like so much, but I know they like what Tres Chic has, and that's the truth.

As for the comment about Susan's karma and demeanor, all I can say is if you come in and want to try on a $400 dress and you're a size 12, but want the 9, of course she's gonna get upset. Susan has always treated my ladies respectfully. There aren't many shoppes in town at all with real customer service. Go try Marshall's or Macy's if you want to wear what everybody else already has. If you want to stand out from the crowd, Susan just might be able to help.
