Horrible horrible horrible.
"This place was absolutely horrible. I"ve come to this shop three times and each time they were rude, always late, never kept to their schedules and overcharged me for everything.
They took my bike for two days and were going to fix it for $100 dollars to change the shift on my bike. When I returned the next day at the agreed 11am appointment, they told me to come back at 5pm. They had not even began to work on my bike. When I asked why, they stated "Don't ask me why, we just changed the schedule."
When I requested they return my bike to me unfixed they refused. I was forced to retrieve my bike myself and as I was leaving made bad remarks regarding my accent and my english.
Afterwards I took my bike to the Sac State Bike shop, got it fixed for $24 dollars in half and hour. NEVER go to this place, they are simply the worst."
