I CALLED AT 9:20 AM TO HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY WIFE AND THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT THEY COULDN'T DELIVER BY LUNCH SO I THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER BY LUNCH TIME AND THEY ARE JUST 8 MILES AWAY. IT WAS 3:00 PM AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T DELIVERED AND I PAID $98.00. I HAD TO REPEAT MY NAME LATER SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE ORDER

I have never used this florist until today. Today is the anniversary of my fathers passing and I wanted to send my mother a Red, White and Blue flower arrangement to take to my father?s grave site. The flowers were not what I ordered from their web-site. My mother received a GREEN, RED and BLUE bouquet. I called the store manager and she quickly made the correction and sent my mother another arrangement. This time they made the arrangement MUCH SMALLER. I will never use this florist again.
I tried to place a phone order for a funeral. The phone person had to keep stopping me to have me repeat everything. Midway thru everything he had to fix even my name. I knew something would go wrong and it did. The next day I got a message on my work phone (they never bothered to call the other 2 numbers I gave them) to tell me they screwed up with the credit card info. Oops - too late now. They might have good flowers but so do other people - people who know how to take a phone order. I will not use them again.
Get a new Florist.
Two years in a row my husband has sent me Roses from this florist, Both years the roses have wilted w/ in a day or two. If you spend close to $100 for flowers, you should expect them to last. Agree?
