Wedding Coordination. Mary Brown is a volunteer wedding coordinator who is not a staff member of the Parish. She volunteers her time in this role. She works a 40 hour job as well as raising 3 small children.

St. Francis of Assisi Church is a beautiful and memorable setting for a wedding. Many couples wish to be married here at St. Francis - so many, in fact, that the clergy personnel of St. Francis are unable to prepare for marriage or to witness the marriages of ALL the couples who wish to marry here. They are committed to registered and territorial parishoners, and non parishoners who bring in their own Priest.

The previous reviewer said nothing about did she answer the questions that were asked of her when e-mailing or making calls.

Good luck getting married here. When trying to set a date with St. Francis to get married, you are told to contact a woman named Mary Brown. What you are NOT told is that this woman NEVER returns you voicemails, and takes WEEKS to respond to an email, even though she states on her out-going voicemail message that email is "the best way" to get a hold of her.

In the more than ONE MONTH my fiancee and I spent calling and emailing, and CALLING and EMAILING Mary Brown, begging her to respond to us so we could find out what dates worked for St. Francis so we could book hotels and a reception site, our reception site became booked for all of the months we wanted for our wedding.

Mary Brown does NOT do her job. Her inability to respond in an even REMOTELY timely manner to us has cost us the wedding we wanted.
