The restaurant was closed a couple of years ago. The word was that they were told that they had to install an elevator to make the restaurant handicapped-accessible.
The restaurant was located upstairs in an older building over a flower shop. It was a small mom & pop restaurant that had been there for years before the handicapped-access laws were passed.
The owner couldn't afford to make the changes, so he closed up shop.
