A personal, creative and innovative approach to catering.. The Kitchen Wizards Owner Dave Pucilowski has been catering in Sacramento for over 15 years. Several years ago he decided to limit his parties to events of 100 people or more. The result is a much more personal approach to presentation. The chef, designer and owner meet and talk with you beforehand and will all be at your event to ensure that it goes smoothly.
Food for Thought Creativity and innovation are key to this outfit. Almost any menu is possible, but international cuisine is a specialty. Vegetarian menus are already available (eggplant with spicy ginger sauce and yogurt, rosemary-scented phyllo tart, braised seitan roll with apricots), and Dave will happily create a vegan menu by request--he loves a challenge.
The Cost Very reasonable for the quality and service. Hors d'oeuvres average $10.50-$17.25 per guest; full buffet $15-$32. Prices include dinner and dessert plates, forks, knives, linen napkins and wine glasses. Additional charges for additional services or rentals may apply. A $200 deposit is required at the inceptionof the planning process, with the balance due at the time of the event.
