Why is it always empty?. I had a problem with the food and the owner scowled at me. Enough said. I've been to some pretty awesome bare-bones Chinese places and I know what to expect. This place is empty for a reason.

the GREATEST chineese cuisine in sacto.. I swear this is the best place I have ever eaten in my entire life. My gf and I are always trying every restaurent we see and hear from people all around sacramento. We found this place some time ago, and there had been weeks that we eat there every single day. The food is fresh and hot.The staff is very friendly too. When i go i dont even have to say what i want, cause they already know what im gonna order and promptly start making it.(Chowmein/Chowfan with sessame chicken -OH MY GOD, DELICIOUS-) They also deliver if you are close by. This place is just the most awsome place to eat so far. Try it, and you wont regret it. Its just amazing

Spareribs (Also very spicy, but great)

Many others too, give yourself a nice meal by trying this place.

Best takeout Chinese food in East Sac!. Are you kidding me?

The joint may have horrible decor inside but if you want Chinese takeout in East Sac this is the place to go! Delicious, cheap, friendly and fast...you'll never see anyone eating inside the restaurant but their takeout business is pretty brisk. Trust me on this one.

The worst chinese food ever!. The absolute worst!! This a chinese restaurant that doesn't carry chinese greens or even heard of Bok Choy!! The chow fun was chow cheap! Basically noodles with green onions. Save your money and go somewhere else. I doubt if PoPo Garden will ever make it in Sacramento Magazine, which incidentally is right across the street. Dirty interior dining. Yuk!!!
