A singles' bar with a twist: Here, the girls shop more than the guys..
The Scene
Once known as Club Do Me, the 2-Me has admittedly mellowed in recent times. Nine beers on tap keep the customers happy, and the yearly softball league helps them work off those empty calories. Pool, shuffleboard and darts fill the long space. The place is decorated like a guy's dorm room, with football pennants and sports memorabilia--maybe that's how the girls know to come here.
The Draw
Unlike many Sac bars, the older clientele don't scatter after dark when a younger crowd starts moving in. The crowd is much less collegiate than it once was; the average customer is a late 20- to 30-something. The club's nickname, "The Swordfight," is apt: There's often one girl for every 20 guys.
