Unprofessional and NOT Recommended..
This company appears to be very unprofessional and has at least one questionable employee. One of their drivers hit my car (there were witnesses who would testify as such), laughed, drove off and denied responsibility.
The management of this company refuses to return calls to the police and to my insurance company. They pretend that they never heard of my case and are never "in the office".
I've done my research and seen nothing but poor reviews of them on Yelp and other similar sites. Please don't use them - let them know that professionalism, courtesy and respect are important. Give your business to someone who deserves it.

Tweaked out driver. Worst driver EVER. Would never call them again. Driver seemed tweaked out and was not at all friendly. Would not and could not in good conscience recommend this taxi service to anyone.

I am curious since all drivers under go drug testing by the city how you came to that conclusion???? Could it be you have your own issues in these areas????? It is interesting that you spent so much time on something that you could easily fix- we have a taxi complaint line and the city would drug test this dtiver, Or are you a competitor slandering National Taxi???
