Arrogant, Extremely Rude Telephone interaction - 0 stars if. I called with a question on a older style toilet with separate water tank. The salesman I spoke with was the rudest clerk I have ever dealt with. Kept interrupting my attempt to discuss what the issue was and what was needed, kept correcting me rather than listening or helping me, and when I told him I was from Citrus Heights his response was "you are going to come all the way from Citrus Heights for a rubber washer?"

Obnoxious! This employee should be fired. Or hide him in a back room and keep him away from (ex-)customers.

Awesome place for plumbing needs!. I drove all around South Sac looking for the funnel that goes on top of the water heater. No one carried it because this is an item that would normally only come with the water heater when you initially buy it. Well, stuff happens and somehow I lost the item when I moved my water heater from inside the house to the outside. Red carried it! I was also looking for a water heater enclosure where both Home Depot and CC Plumbing either did not carry it or was overly priced. CC Plumbing wanted to charge me $250+ for the enclosure and Red carried it for only $130. When I told the guys at CC that they are over priced, they gave me the cocky answer of "well, ours is better". CC is full of cocky service guys who think they know everything. And, if you asked them, they would tell you they know everything...except they don't. The guys at RED are honest and down to earth. And, their prices are very reasonable. I shop only at Red now.

No Help and Rude Too!!!. I went in looking for a gas line for my new residential stove. This was a special item as the stove is based off a commercial line of stoves. When I tried to show them the picture and ask for help, they told me it was impossible to have a 1" gas line in a residential stove. A second guy walked up to confirm that I must be wrong. Seems as though these guys have been around and cannot comprehend anything outside their own world. Would be so bad if they weren't so rude in doing so. I would drive 50 miles to avoid these guys. Luckily I don't have to.
