GREAT Selection of Staggered Wheels. Its always hard to find something for Mercedes with brembo brake caliper, but amazingly USA Tires provided me lot of staggered fitment wheel choices for my car, I was preffered from one of my old friend to USA Tires and i found them the perfect spot for any kind custom wheels selection,

I f-n pissed!. I feel that I,ve been robbed for my $830.00 that I had Fed Ex'd to U.S.A. tire for tires and rims! I ordered tires and rims two weeks ago and I call to find out how much longer the wait will be and thats when the surprise $380.00 c.od. charge was thrown at me. I told Sal that I only had $250.00 of that surprise and I didnt know how I was going to get the other $130.00 and he told me to rob a bank! Sal tricked me into wasting $600.00 because thats how much he says it will cost in oder for the order to be returned to them.....SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE AND OTHER FEES!!!!!!! Makes me want to make a "SPECIAL" "SURPRISE" trip to Cali!! If I would have been informed of the extra fee at the time of me sending them my money I would have not just thrown it in the trash by sending it to them anyway! I would have waited until I had the extra fee and could afford it! I mean< wouldnt that have made sense??? YEAH!! GOING BACK TO CALI!!!!!! jerry.bausby@yahoo. Holla at me

love my new rims, bling bling ;). i got a great deal from usa tires. all my friends love my car with my new rims on them. friendly customer service. i was out of there in no time. they got my rims and tires mounted so fast. they also had me test drive my car to make sure the tires don't rub and all. i just wonna say thanks guysYOUR THE BEST!!!!

worst customer service ever. USA tires by far has the worst customer service of any retailer I have dealt with. Recently i bought a set of rims from them and two of the rims were defective. It was like pulling teeth to get them on to talk to me . I was put on hold some times for 20 to 30 mins only for someone to come on the phone and put me on hold again. First, they would not accept the the fact that me as a customer would possibly compalin of having been sent some defective rims. They insist that I pay to sent the rims back to them so they can figure if it was indeed defective. They later on acknowleged that the rims where in fact bent but would not refund my cost of shipping.

Two weeks later I get a phone from them telling me they are about to send me some new rims but again I have to pay for the shipment. i thought this was very much a scam. first they send me a defective product then they want to pay for the shipment to and fro. I would never do business with this outfit and I urge anybody who values thier dollar to strongly think about it as well.
