Mediocre at best

If your looking for some lack luster and all around generic Chinese Food then you've come to the right place. My wife and 2 of my closest friends had heard good things about this place and decided to take me here for my birthday. The service was decent but the food left much to desire. All the food came out at nearly the same time rather then as it was done and so at least half of it was cold. Rather then ruin a good night with senseless bickering we payed our bill and was promised to have our order remade at a later time only to be denied 4 days later by the owner! If your looking for a nice classy Asian dining experience, then stay away from this place!

Best Deal for Chinese Food

I would say that this is one of the best chinese food places in sacramento. The Louies have refind their recipe and menu over the years, expanding it and trying new dishes. The owners are very accessible as they are there most of the time. Also, one of the best restruants for your money. You can go for $20 and get soup, and two entrees. i would say that the average meal price is about $6.50 which is a great deal. Great for lunch and even better for catering. The one dish you should absoutely try if you go: THE FRIED CALAMARI APPETIZER. CRUNCHY AND DELICIOUS. ALSO YOU GET THE BODY OF THE SQUID, NOT JUST THE LEGS LIKE OTHER RESTAURANTS.

• Cons: HARD TO FIND FIRST TIME. SO GOOGLE IT.
