Completely renovated from Interior to Exterior. Capital City Hotel is "No Longer". The property is now the new Ramada Hotel Cal Expo. We have gone through complete renovatons. Guest rooms have been renovated along with hallways, lobby, restaurant, cocktail lounge, poolside courtyard, main entrance, building exterior . Must see to appreciate!

Terrible Place ran by Scam Artists.. This hotel is the worst hotel in the world, they lie to get you to move in and then they con you into cheap rent and then tell you that they have the internet and they havent had it in years. The staff says that they do not know to everyting including where the internet is and what hours the bar is open, They state that there is a restaurant and there is not. Then they take you for a ride into hell where the hotel hasnt been renovated since 1950. Rust came out of the shower when i moved and and they took all of the trash cans out of the hotel cause that is how they run there business. The pool is closed cause of no permits, there are no permits in the elevators and they dont clean up the poop outside on the grounds. They wont let you use the phone and the staff will tell you they are going to take care of problems and never do and then dont answer your phone calls.
