HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager here is poorly trained meaning... he is tactless, rude, undignified, hence unprofessional in customer service. I placed my order and made a simple request for my pizza. Well suffice to say the pizza arrived incorrect. I called the store immediately after the pizza was dropped off and spoke to the male employee to let them know that my request was not met. However the male employee, gave me a crude respond when I told him that i wanted it fixed and then he hung up on me. I called back again to know the name of the employee who hung up on me but instead, I received more rude remark saying, " Is that really necessary?" And I said, "yes it is". He at that point told me his name, and so I asked for the manager.However I received an offensive laugh and reply saying, "Ha I am the manager". We're making your pizza again quit calling." then he hung on me again (!*&^$##%^). I called once more and said, " I wanted a refund." When I arrived at the store the manager did not even identify himself to me, instead I spoke to the driver who made excuses for the managers unprofessional behavior. THIS UNSUITABLE MANAGER HAS GIVEN DOMINO'S A DISREPUTABLE IMAGE.

Horrible Pizza, Horrible Owner.
The owner thinks that she will make more money by skimping on the quality. Now like most restaurants Domino's has certain measurements for the toppings they use on their pizzas and sandwiches, depending by size. "J" thinks that if you make something too good the customer will always expect it and will be upset if they get better quality once and not so good the next. That's fine, I understand that, which is why there are these measurements to ensure the same quality over and over. However, when she is in the store, she requires her employees to put less than the standard on everyhing so her profit is higher. That is horrible!!
This needs to be stopped!
All of the above statements are true and her restaurant should not be supported. She is an evil lady who thinks that by screwing over her employees and insulting her customers is the way to get ahead in this world. I hope for her that is not the case and she soon realizes she needs to change her ways.
