My favorite Mexican Restaurant in Sac! Fresh, wholesome food and friendly service!. Rosa Blanca is a gem! Love the fresh consistant flavors every time I eat there. Great family run restaurant with friendly service. Love the enchilada verdes! The cheese enchilada is yummy... simple and good. Their chile relleno tastes just like you hope it will! I have liked everything I have tried. I even love their refried beans... and I dont usually eat beans! Their beans are the only beans my son will eat! (Take that Steve H)

Ask to try Mama's chicken... very tasty. My guys like the chimichanga's and the El Gran burrito. Everything is good! Their new location on Fulton is definitely in a better location, although the old neighborhood didnt keep us away! Go enjoy!

They have a New address on Fulton ave that serves greate meals.. About a month ago my wife and I were privilaged to try this newly opened restaurant on Fulton ave sacramento. The food was very fresh, nice and hot, and very excellent in taste. we had all we could eat and we very pleased with the service, the people were very friendly. We have been there several times and are partial to the frjitas and chile verde. we have looked a long time for a good family mexican restaurant and now we have one almost in our back yard. Try it You will Love it.

Best Mexican. The staff is friendly, the food excellent. La Rosa Blanca has moved to a better neighborhood. I've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed. It's a great place to entertain visitors. I wish the best to this family owned endeavor.

Excellent Chicken fajitas and chimichangas. I was there about eight times. I ordered the fajitas, tacos de lengua, chicken chimichangas, chile rellenos, chile verde el gran burrito, and the carne asada burrito. They were all excllent. I was amazed at how courtieous and friendly the waiter was. The only thing is that it's located in a bad neighborhood.

YUMMY. I came to Sacramento from the bay area in 98. It took me 5 yrs to find a good Mexican restaurant here in Sac. La Blanca Rosa is it!!! The food is to die for, the decor fitting and the service incredible. If you want it all this is the place. I'd give it a 10 if the location was better.
