Life Saver. The star rating is accurate- Run, Don't Walk! I had a terrible haircut at Aveda a few days ago where the stylist was extremely inexperienced in unprofessional. I asked for my hair to be one way, and the stylist made it completely different. It looked like she had never done highlights before (the underside of my hair was all one color, and the top was dark).

When I went to Marissa, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. She completely fixed my hair, and made it look amazing -just like the picture I had brought in. She was sociable and professional. She had no doubts; she knew exactly what she was doing. The salon at Studio 55 is very cute and inviting. Overall, it was an amazing experience that saved my hair and made my week. Thanks Marissa!

Wow! I have not looked this good in years.... I always get a great cut and color from Marissa but her new Keratin process is fabulous. My hair is beautiful and I look years younger too! It is silky and shiny. Takes just minutes in the morning. I absolutely love it! Call and make an appt Now.

Definitely Not Overrated.... I have been going to Marissa for a few years now and love the way she cuts, colors and styles my hair. I bumped around through several stylists until finding my salon of choice. I always leave happy with my Hair and have found Marissa to always listen to my needs and make great suggestions too, she definitely is not one of those stylists that goes the complete opposite direction chopping your hair up! Thanks for the wonderful service!

Lovely Cut & Highlights. I also have enjoyed my services with Marissa, i have visited the salon twice now and have been perfectly satisifed with the results. I am very pleased with her sharp attention to detail, also a big plus I didn't feel rushed like I have at many other salons!

These reviews are overrated. Based on these wonderful reviews, I booked an appointment for color with Marissa.

It was going to be my big 21st birthday and I wanted to look nice. I even booked a couple months in advance only to be disappointed. =(

I wanted to dye my hair all one color. I have black hair and wanted a light brown color. However, Marissa suggested that it will not go with my skin tone. Trusting that she was the "best", I went along with her recommendation.

At the end, I could barely notice the highlights. Actually no one did. Nor did I get any compliments. LOL. It was also pricey for such results.

However, I have to say that she is precise and she took her time--which I really appreciate. Therefore, I gave her a big tip.

I do not plan to return. She needs to work on her listening skills. Furthermore, her vision was not that great.

Warm and inviting.... Great salon atmosphere! My stylist, Marissa is not only extremely talented but she listens very well and is very easy going. Never making you feel uncomfortable like many upscale salons do. I am totally happy with the services, plus I am able to maintain my hair style at home. After having several stylists butcher my hair after deciding to do their own thing…Marissa is a refreshing and overdue change!

Love my New Stylist!. I get so many complements on my hair since visiting Marissa. Previously, I had long wavy hair, all one length and it just sat there being limp and so sad. Then she gave it layers and rich warm color, now I have beautiful hair that shines softly all day. Plus, she is so nice and friendly, she really takes time to listen to your needs. I think giving you a great haircut is as important to her as it is to you. She brings a level of dedication, sincerity and artistic perspective that makes visiting the salon truly pleasurable.
