this place is not clean many gettle people aroung office people not very friendly security never available when needed, they take forever to fix things, kids runing around everywhere and parents watching tv. i cant wait to move out
Worse place to rent – I been living here for the last 4 years and is been a nightmare for the last 2 years. People were stilling cars I was one of the victims, security are never around when you need them and when you call them they take forever to show up, kids are always keying the cars I was also another victim of that. Kids are always playing ball and heating cars with their ball. Management suck, Willie needs to improve as manager in many things, Carmen is always with a long face in her office, she is not friendly or polite, their workers try to do there job when they fix things but, lately is been pretty bad living here that im already looking around to move else where. Not a good environment for me and my family to leave here. I wish someone or the owners were to come here to the complex to let them know my feeling, I think they need to improve in many areas starting for the people that works in that office
Wow - I am impressed. This place HAS changed! – Okay -so I used to live her back in the 90's. Mack Road was a bit worse off (you remember G Parkway!!)... anyway, since then, Mack has deteriorated beyond recognition! But this place (okay - it's not the prettiest) is really different now.
I mean - from managers to the guys who fix things - they're on top of it! Plus, I really dig hanging out here at nights. Mack road is still "hot" so to speak, it just seems that Cedar Ridge is a little island that doesn't play by Mack rules. People actually care about each other here... and alhtough, the play ground doesn't exist - i feel comfortable letting my kids play in the parking lot!!
Whoever is in charge - you guys are doing something right!
Very convenient for me!!! – I love living here at Cedar Ridge! I go to Cosumnes River College and the bus stop is right in front of the complex! We also have Ralley's grocery store across the street, a market and fast food restaurants! Management is great as well! Willie, Carmen and Giovanni are a great team that is professional and very kind. :) I feel safe seeing children playing and their security around the complex making sure everything is in order! I'm very glad I was able to find a great place for myself!
living at Cedar Ridge Apts – i have been at Cedar Ridge for 6 yrs. people think is not a good area, but i have my family (children) with me and i feel safe. security is great and also the cedar ridge staff. i like it here a lot.
Happy to find a good home in the south – I am so happy living at Cedar Ridge apartments. The staff is very helpful and I just love how we all communicate. I used to live at Countrywood village and it was the worst 6 month of my life. Thankfully I found Cedar Ridge where I feel more safe and my family is happy
I Like It – I've been living at Cedar Ridge for almost two years and I just love it. For being in the south it sure is nice and quiet. I got 3 grandchildren that live with me and they good kids and there is lots of kids for them to play with. I like it a lot and there are stores so close that I can go on up and walk myself.
If you like peace and quiet this isnt the place for you!!! – Just moved into ceder ridge apt and I hate it!!!Its the getto I am suck with a year lease but soon as I can IM moving Its not the place to raise children its really bad trust me.
