Best highlights, color, cuts and prices ever!. I have been around and had my hair done for many years...I have been going to Kim's since 2003, I had just moved to Elk Grove from San Jose where I thought I had the best hair stylist ever...until I walked into Kim's and met Eva. Eva is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. My hair has never been prettier or in better health!! I have long hair and tons of highlights...she never has caused my hair to bleed and never overlaps product...my color is awesome. Her cuts are perfect...and her personality is special. The pricing is very reasonable...I would not go anywhere else! I would recommend Eva to anyone, she is an absolute talented doll!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. This place is horrible, they are not welcoming at all, when you walk in they say "YES?" You tell them what you want and they send you to a stylist. My stylist name was Maylee, she was extremely rude, didn't want to consider any of the recommendations I gave her. She made comments like "this hair cut is for people with cute faces." She made me laugh because she was so rude. Boy, did i regret going here for a hair cut for half the price. This place was a joke.

My hair looks great. This place is expensive if you want your hair done right. I found out about this place from a girl in the mall who we stopped, and asked where she got her hair done. She told us about Kim's Total salon. It was my first time there and it was worth every penny. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. They don't rush and take their time making sure you leave with great hair. I am going back.

What a experience. Me and my cousin went to get our hair, nails done. Although, I have been to Kim Total Salon before. I never got a different experience until now. Let me just point, after being to numerous beauty parlors, to me when I hear employees talking in their own languages to other employees, it is very unprofessional like. After I was not happy with my full set nails, the lady starting saying something I could not understand at all. My cuticles were bleeding as well as my cousin who got her nails done as well by the some person. So I was not pleased at all by this service.
