Worst customer service - Arrogant owner

Buying ticket from Universal travel was a humiliating and the worst experience of my life; especially when you are interacting with Pete - business owner. He is very proud of his property, and keeps referring to everyone in such a way that he thinks he is the MAN in the city and everybody else is a poor employee. I will never forget my experience with Universal. One of his employees (may be wife) agreed on ticket price and asked me to fax the authorization letter (I would say that she was very nice and knows how to deal with people in difficult situation). Pete - so called owner, called me to collect the ticket and when I reached his office, he wanted to change the price and started behaving arrogantly. He literally threw my paperwork and credit card on the table and refused to give me the ticket after swiping the card. He said that he will cancel the ticket and refund my money after deducting the cancellation fees. He pretty much took full advantage of my helplessness that day. I was about to call the cops to report this rudeness and misconduct, but didn?t because of my tight schedule to fly on that night due to family emergency in India.

I request travelers to stay away from this travel agency, if you can..

Poor customer service and rude manager

I agree with other users. Initially the agents were helpful, but Pete, the manager, is incredibly unprofessional and the agency is not willing to accept responsibility for errors on their part. I would not reccomend this agency.

Rude Owner!! Dont give business

I agree with Kunal1977. When I called to get a ticket, the owner Pete answered. He doesn't have any politeness in his conversation. Even though this agency has Five Star Service, they can not treat new customers like nothing.when I asked Pete why he is treating customers like this, he said "usually Indians are rude and most of my customers are rude to me so I treat them like that" Why Pete treat more than one billion Indian people because some of them are rude to him. I called back and talked to other people who are working there, they are friendly and helpful, but the owner Pete is worse guy I ever talked to. Why don't you call and try to talk to Pete at 877-969-4639 and see how this guy will treat you.
