They need to focus more on the customers instead of watching TV – This was the worst place to have a birthday dinner party at. The food was crappy. I was so disappointed with the service there. All the employees there have a tendency to just sit around under the TV while neglecting their customers who are trying to get some type of service. I think it's very unprofessional for them to lounge around in front of the TV and act like nothing's wrong. I literally had to bring my empty cup of water to them in order to get a refill. There was only one person that spoke english there. We were there to celebrate my dad's B-day. When it came time to bringing out the cake, they didn't even bother to take the cake out of the box. It looked like they were bringing out a build-a-bear box. They didn't have any knives for us to cut the cake with. Our clueless waiter went back and brought us a gardening tool to slice the cake with, which was rediculous. Could you believe they were expecting a tip from us too. I will never go back to this place.
Didn't get past the insecticide – I live in the neighborhood and have always wanted to try this place. It is always packed on the weekends & I thought, "This many people cant be wrong." Well, maybe I went on the wrong night (Wednesday) because practically the whole restaurant was shut down except for some dingy tables right near the door. Our table was sticky and I put my hand right down in a grease puddle. When I went to wash my hands the bathroom reeked of insecticide spray. Well, needless to day, I quickly collected my husband and we declined to eat a bite. My husband was very upset at our hasty retreat as he felt we left the impression that we just sat down so that we could use their facilities. And I told him what I am telling you now, I dont eat where the vermin do.
Anywho, I am not sure about the food but the atmosphere definately left trucks loads to be desired.
