THIS PLACE IS A PIT.
I stayed at this place for 2 nights, instead of the scheduled 3. The TV would not turn on despite 3 visits from the handyman, the toilet tank was trying to detach itself from the wall, and the full-length mirror was hanging by a thread. Carpet was threadbare and smelled. I travel regularly for business, and was shocked that a Residence Inn would be in this condition. And despite all this, it's the same price as any other Marriott business hotel.

Good Hotel.
Just stayed at this hotel and it is what you would expect from a Marriott. Good clean room, free breakfast, friendly staff. Best part was the location, there were a ton of restaurants within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sacramento.

Reliable.
This place is centrally located, and it has a feeling of home to it.
