Romantic and Special. I was amazed when I entered this building behind Swanson's to find such a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is second to none, and with Mario on the piano, you can't go wrong. Everything that was ordered was not only excellent, but arrived hot and fresh. Excellent choice for a romantic evening out.

Intimate Italian dining.. The Scene
If Disneyland had an Italian restaurant and added a barrel of plastic grapes and a fake canal, this would be it. Lady and the Tramp might be smooching in the alley. Warmly painted and dimly lit, Bravo relies on servers in tuxedos, a grand piano and framed sepia photographs to lend class.

The Food
Elegantly prepared traditional fare minus the Caesar salad and spumoni. The menu offers veal scallopini, daily specials--including risotto, fish and ravioli--and an excellent tiramisu.

What to Order
Start with basil, tomato and mozzarella salad or prosciutto-wrapped melon. Move on to gnocchi in alfredo sauce—so good you can feel your arteries hardening with every bite.

What to Skip
Dinner with the kids. No children's menu selections are offered, other than half portions or spaghetti, and the red sauce is pretty spicy. The servers tend to look pained and stay away when children are present.

Ambiance. This restaurant has everything for a perfect date. The food is impeccable and the waitstaff have a perfect mix of service and hospitality. But the most wonderful part of the experience is the ambiance. The setting, the food and the beautiful(and familiar) music from the pianist combine to make the ambiance for a perfect evening.

What a great place!. It was 9:30p.m. we tired and hungry. My wife suggested "Bravo" hidden behind Swansons Cleaners on Fair Oaks Blvd. WOW!, we were treated like royalty. Salmon ravolli and spagetti for entre's were outstanding. Ravollis are made fresh Spagetti had a good snappy flavor. The server was never further than a glance away. We'll be back!! OH, the cheesecake...the best I've ever had!! We may have found a new favorite spot. Planning to see if it is always that good or just a 1 time thing.
