Only Made To Order Chinesse Buffet. Eastern Empire's made to order buffet is the best I've ever had and is the best value for your dollar. Not only does Eastern Empire have excellent food the drinks are the best also.

A-Must-Go Restaurant. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sacramento. If you want quality Chinese and not just any Chinese from a buffet place, go to Empire and you will not be disappointed. Good variety of food, quality is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Try lunch for good value meals.

Best of the Best. One of the best Chinese restaurants in town! Excellent, quality food, great atmosphere, reasonable price. I would recommend the seafood selection, 'chow foon', and mussels (appetizer). A definite 10 out of 10.
