Awesom sushi, good service. I love sushi and have eaten at many of the local Sushi places, this is some of the best Sushi you can get in Sacramento (I must have tried about 15 different Sushi places around this area). The entrees are good as well, but the Sushi is definately the focus here and extremely well priced (again, Sushi, haven't ordered the entrees, though tried some of my fiances). The ambience is very nice and comfortable, I love their player piano (not always on but, they'll turn it on at request). Especially try the Unagi (Eel) and Saba (Mackarel), some of the best I've had anywhere.

Best Rolls in Town, Friendly Service, Nice Atmosphere. I love the sushi at this place! They have never dissappointed me, and so I came on here just to give a rave review because other people should try it. We choose this place over the highly regarded Mikuni's because of the atmoshphere, and the rolls can take the pepsi challenge with them any day. The servers at Mana are always the most friendly of anywhere we go, and even the sushi chef's and manager thank you for coming in when you are leaving. The price is good for sushi, no more expensive than the next place. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good sushi restaurant in Sacramento.

When I indicated to the Manager that I would never come back, He comment was that He did not care.. I question the fact that their Charashi was $25.98, as many of you know that would be the highest price of Charashi in the entire Sacramento Area by about 10 dollar. I indicated that I thought the price was only $18.00. One of the Managers indicated to me in a firm voice: "What would you like me to do about it!" I indicated that I would pay the bill. As I was leaving, I informed the Manager that I would never come back and tell friends the same. He said to me he did not care. Whatever happen to the saying the Customer is always right and is important to business. I ask that you never visit a restaurant that does not care about your business.

Family Favorite!. My family loves going here! Great food, entrees are delicious, especially the sesame chicken, sooo yummy. You also get a california roll or another one (forgot the name) with many of the entrees as well as great miso and a sprout salad that I can't find anywhere else but is awesome. They sushi is also excellent, check out the specials board, they have winners! It is pricey tho, but you also get A LOT of food with your order and the staff is friendly and helpful.

it took forever to get the food.. food was ok, but the price was higher than usual. the portions match the price but who wants to eat a PLATE FULL of sesame chicken? i didnt know MANA's was the COSTCO of Japanese restaurants. if you have plenty of time to fill a large empty stomach, then MANA is your place.

Reasonably-priced family restaurant with sushi bar and great Japanese goo-gahs like rice candy to keep the kids happy..
The Scene
A big open room where places at the sushi bar often sport reserved signs. Friendly staff and casual atmosphere with TV and a mini gift shop near the door.
The Food
Extensive sushi menu, as well as other traditional Japanese dishes.
What to Order
Kids (and their parents) will love the tempura, and the gyoza (potstickers) are crisp and yummy.
What to Skip
The sashimi is better on some nights than others. Sample before you place an extensive order.

Great Food!!!. I love this place...I try to go at least once a month...the main entres are kinda pricey, but I love the Sushi!!!! The people are very friendly...I think it's an awesome place to go...I also had their UDON and it was GOOD...mmm...mmm...mmm...

so good. I think that is a great place to grab a bite of sushi. I would stay away from the entrees, though, they were in no way close to the quality of the sushi
