Great customer service. Barbara took home my medication because I could not get there before they closed and I was leaving town. I went to her house to pick it up. She was very pleasant and helpful. You don't get that with the big stores. Thanks again Barbara!!!

Thanks guys for getting my compounds done so fast. I have arrived for Thanksgiving with medication in hand even though I forgot to call in ahead of time. I spoke with Barbara on Tuesday morning and by 2 pm they were done. Excellent service as always but this went above and beyond. Thanks again!!! This will make the holiday with family a lot more enjoyable for all of us.

GREAT Customer Service!!. I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and have always been impressed by the way the staff treated us, but the other day I saw something that really impressed me. The owner of the pharmacy spent so much time explaining insurance issues to an older customer. I assumed she must be a regular customer and after she left and I commented on how nice and concerned he was and that it was great that someone treats their customers that way, he told me that he had never met the lady before and that she gets her medications at CVS but they wouldn't help her out. WOW!! That is customer service.

Professional & Knowledgeable, Friendly,. John, the owner is so professional. Each of his staff members are. Not only are they all knowledgeable and friendly but they are actually there to help you and resolve your medication problems. Their saved my son's life. Do you know how much junk is actually inside your medication pill, tablet or liquid that could be affecting you and not the actual medication. Well we found out the hard way. Depakote liquid has three forms of laxatives in it and our kid was getting sicker by the minute. Now we use the compounded capsule and it dissolves quickly. My son has a feeding tube and this is fantastic. I will never go to another pharmacy again. They are closed on Sundays and deserve this day off.

Customer Service is BACK. Wow, not just any pharmacy. These folks are wonderful, very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I would refer anyone to them at any time.

Great Pharmacy. We have had our son's medication compounded at Professional Village for a year and they have always taken very good care of our needs. The staff is very helpful and John and Barbara are very knowledgeable pharmacists. I would and have recommended them to people looking for this type of pharmacy.

Great Experience!. I was referred to this pharmacy by my doctor for a compounded medication. The staff was helpful and knowledgable. They were able to get the medication approved on my insurance when I didn't think it would happen. I also appreciated the time the pharmacist took talking with me. All in all, I would recommend this pharmacy.
