Never got served.... We came in and was told at first tat there would be a wait. Then a woman came out and said it would only be 5 minutes. We agreed to stay. We were not in a hurry. They sat us down and that was the last contact we had. 20-25 minutes went by without so much as a glance so we got up and went down the road to Oz Korean BBQ where we had a wonderful meal in a timely manner.

Korean food?. Korea House has got my vote to be the worst Korean restaurant I've ever been to! I'm from LA so I know good Korean food when I taste it and this place is definitely not the place. We're new to Sacramento so we're desperate to find some good Korean food. This is definitely not the place so don't waste your money or time. Other than the panchan (side dishes), the food was terrible. I originally ordered duk boki but was told it was only seasonal. I then ordered the bib bim neng-myun which was essentially noodles and hot sauce. I can make it better than that. We also decided to order some Chinese-Korean food and found that to be even worse. We ordered ja ja myun but was told it would take a long time to prepare so we went with the gong bong seoo (fried shrimp with spicy sauce), which turned out to be essentially shrimp tempura with a soy sauce glaze. The sweet and sour chicken was the only decent dish we ordered. The service is also really bad. We went in on a Saturday night and it was pretty deserted, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the lack of service.

Not very authentic. The restaurant itself is very nice and looks like a trendy upscale downtown kinda place, however if your used to any Korean food, wether you were raised on it or have been to other Korean restaurants, don't expect the same taste here. Not only that, but it's really not a very good taste either. To top it off it's not cheap, and despite the fact that I was in a huge and completely empty restaurantthe service was not up to par. It appeared that it was run by a staff about 8 high school kids. In it's defense I have only been there the one time, and it was only a short while after it opened, so they may have improved, but i'll never gamble on it again.
