I couldn’t find any reviews of this place so I wanted to write one to help out the staff at Park Royal who has helped me tremendously over the past few years. I’ve lived here for a while now and what got me interested was the fact that their space rent was $100 less than everyone else around that area. They’ve renovated the swimming pool, playground, and clubhouse and I think it looks really great now. This is where I’m going to call home for a long time. Thanks guys!

Trashy trailer park. Not worth the rising expense.. They keep upping the rent. My mother, who has a fixed income, is worried that she would not be able to afford that place. I grew up there and they let it get run down to crap. It has become trashy and I don't recommend it. I'm wondering if there's a law against squeezing elderly people out by constantly raising the rent.
