Recently my son bought a chassis from Chris Alston's Chassisworks, in the process, half of his shipment was lost. Unknown to us. Chris Alston's staff jumped right on the issue to work with UPS on my son's behalf to find his lost parts.
On October 2,2008 I had confirmation from UPS that they accept full responsibility of my son's lost shipment and they are doing everything in their power to find his lost parts.
My husband has bought many parts from Chris Alston's Chassisworks over the years and never had a problem with any shipments. Matter of fact, my husband always bragged that Chris has top quality products and were always delivered in good condition.
