Senior Living at it's best. Casa De Flores is one of the best parks in our area. I am a Realtor and I have a lot of friends in this park. It is a great place to live with low overhead, and high quality of life. I would be proud to recommend it to any of my clients. As far as theft is concerned, this place isn’t any higher than anywhere else. In fact one of the best assets this park has to offer is the sense of community. Neighbors watch out for each other. Club house, pool, Bingo, friends, community…I would recommend it in a heart beat.

Beward! High Theft Rate!. The first person gives a glowing review on the merits of this park. While I do agree with some of the comments, it's the parts that are omitted that people should know about.

We DO keep our homes looking nice and for an older park, it looks great as you drive through. What you cannot see are the many thefts that have taken place in this park.

Vehicles and bicycles are prime targets. They are followed by yard decorations and anything else that's not nailed down. People have had their own park benches stolen, many decorative lawn objects, their solar lights pulled up from the ground, wishing wells, and even outdoor furniture right from their porches. The RV storage area is a haven for thieves.

We have repeatedly asked for some kind of security - anything to make us feel safer. Management tells us that it would have to be added to our rents. That is not right. We should not have to pay for improvements to property we do not own. The thieves are getting more brazen each and every day. I have no doubt that home invasions will be next.

I would NOT recommend this park for the reasons stated above. It is not a safe environment. The thieves know that older people are easy prey. I would move tomorrow if I were financially able to do so.

Finest senoir community in Sacramento. Casa de Flores is a 55 and up community of well kept manufactured homes.

The owners of these homes show pride in the condition of their homes and yards and likewise the management keeps the community places like the clubhouse and pool/spa areas looking wonderful. There are a multitude of activities for the residents to participate in and the atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly...attending functions or just going about a leasurely stroll around the park.

Shopping centers and other services such as medical facilities are located within a short drive.

One visit...just a drive thru Casa de Flores will prove to you that it can rightfully call itself: "The finest senior community in Sacramento."
