Best Bike Shop in Town!. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They can get your bike in and out in no time at all. And even if it takes a while, you can guarantee that your bike is going to be done well! Each time I have been there, the staff have been great and even helped me find bike trails, safety gear, tips, etc. I'm going to go back to Natomas Bike Shop again and again.

Customer Service Suffered after Owner Retired. Faithful customer's have shopped at this local store for years since the owner first opened in natomas. He is truley honest and knowledgeable. However, since he has retired to the weekends customer service has quikly went downhill in the hands of the younger weekday staff. Repairs take quite a bit longer, and the attention to detail and customer service just is not there anymore. The values that the owner built this shop on are not held by the weekday staff.

Honest Business. I have known the owner of Natomas Bike Shop for many years and find him to be one of the most honest people I have ever met. The personal service this shop provides can't be found at Wal-Mart.

Satisfaction Guaranteed. I am from Portland and I have to say I had such a great experience here. I recomend this location for any person considering the purchase of a new bike. I personally would encourage you to take a look at their Electra line... it is a ton of fun... my son and I both were able to find exactly what we wanted and had them shipped home! They had such a big variety of bikes it was a difficult choice... the gentlemen there were able to help me narrow down my choice by asking a few questions and showing me my best options!
