Great Club, Great Classes! New Prenatal Fitness Class. The group exercise classes are great and they've recently added a prenatal fitness class that is FREE to members of Natomas Racquet Club. Can't beat that.

Not that nice. I currently have a membership here. It is $130/month for my boyfriend and I. WAY over priced as this gym closes too early at night:11 on weekdays, 9 on weekends. We never get to work out, and when we do get to work out we're rushed. They call themselves a spare time club but really you're not able to spend your spare time there unless you have nothing to do extremely early in the mornings! There are kids running around. If you have kids or like kids you'd like this place, it's not single friendly and a lot of the members are extremely stuck up. The staff is nice. There are a lot of machines and usually no wait as it's not that crowded. The staff doesn't keep the air set low enough so at night it is hot and stuffy!! The sauna is nice, but the steam room stinks like it doesn't get cleaned correctly. The pools seem nice enough, but nothing to write home about. Tennis courts are plentiful if you don't get insulted by the snobby people, it's ok. All in all, there are some nice things about this club, but they are far outweighed by the negative things!

We're looking for a new, more hip, young, and friendly gym to spend our time in.

Great Amenities!. My favorite thing about Natomas is the Kids' Club because it gives my children a fun and safe place to play while I exercise. Two thumbs up for the massage therapy as well! Those are my favorite things, but they pretty much provide everything you could possibly need to stay fit and clean.
