The ABSOLUTE WORST!. Just about every piece of furniture (the most expensive pieces) was scratched or completely damaged. The estimator (he's the sales guy) will tell you that they don't take furniture out of the house without being wrapped in blankets and/or bubble wrapped (WRONG!). It's even written on the yellow sheet of paper they provide as part of their service guarantee. Actually, all of your furniture is taken out to your front yard unwrapped and unprotected where it is covered in moving blankets and "literally" thrown on the truck. NEVER AGAIN! We were also made to feel incompetent when questioning the process and literallhy told to "not file a claim because it will come out of our salary." Totally not true and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

Worst service ever in a move.. The move by this company, from Loomis to Roseville, (about 60 miles) was the worst move I ever had. I've moved several times in the miitary so I am not a first time mover, this move damaged most of the furniture and the company doesn't respond to requests for service. They won't even come look at the damaged items. I would strongly advise that you use any other mover than this one. SERVICE and RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS IS TERRIBLE.

Best move I've ever had!!. Chipman did a great job on our move from Miami Florida to Rocklin Ca. and then to Citrus Heights. This company is simply the best! Not the lowest price BUT they do very good work and we had 0 damage in 2 moves.

Don't waste time with other companies, I really mean it.
