AMAZING Service. Our battery was dead so I called AAA and Jason was sent to assist us. I explained we had purchased a new battery a few months previous, through AAA, and the car had been working intermittently since then. He discovered that the connector to the terminal had corrosion on it and ended up replacing the terminal as the battery acid had eaten through part of it. He then jumped the car and suggested we drive for awhile on the freeway to get a good charge going. Three hours later, at a restaurant, after driving it for quite some time, it wouldn't start. We attempted to jump it with our other vehicle but had no luck. I called AAA again and Jason came to our rescue AGAIN!!! He performed a diagnostic check on it and discovered the battery was defective. He assured us it was under warranty and would be replaced but they would need to order it, which would take a couple of days. He apologized, on behalf of Swim's, that this happened and was so gracious. He jumped our car again and we drove it home. Today (two days later) they have the battery and we're setting up a time for them to come out and fix the car. Addtionally, Jason voided the second call with AAA, so it wouldn't count against our four AAA emergencies per year, since it wasn't completely fixed the first time. We look forward to doing business with SWIM'S again and are thrilled to hear they do other mechanical work so we can use them in the future. I couldn't give someone a higher recommendation.
I didn't find them on city search I was at the mercy of them when my battery failed. Swim's was sent out by triple a. Triple a sent out a service truck but did not have he proper equipment to change my battery on the road. Triple a recomended Swim's auto so the service truck jumped the battery and I headed for their shop.
By the way the adress posted has changed 4280 pell drive is the new and improved location according to Ray. It was fast and I was on my way. Thank you Swim's
THOSE PEOPLE ARE COOL. I got quilty work at a fair price. I was treated good and they didn't seem to be money hungry. Waved half the checkout and gave me a AAA discount and gave me a ride home. Thanks for the help
perfessional family business. Late monday night I broke down couple hours from home on I-5 near the airport. Driver named Ray(son) picked me up in a huge yellow AAA towtruck with Swim's on the door. Ray took my car to the shop and dropped me off at a nearby hotel. Swim's called me by 9:30am with a esimate for repair. Couple hours later Becca from the office staff picked me up at the hotel and brought to Swim's. Where I met the father(Gary) mother(chris) daught(Kristy) and Craig( son) the mechinic. The whole family treated me 1st class. The price of the repair was fair and the work was top notch. I would over look the two negitive reviews must have wanting something for nothing. Swim's must of had a good reason to let Kennith go, there reputation is outstanding in my book. I even got a discount for showing my AAA card. Thanks Swim's my car is running great.
