Failed in Costumer Service- FOOD NOT SO GR8. Their asian veggie flavored meat are so-so but not that great... the only decent flavored meat they have is the BBQ SOYRIBS BUT THE VEGEBEEF IS APPALLING and to make it WORST "THEY DO NOT SUBSTITUTE" (you will not have alternative/ options)... for instance you like the selection "R7" (Love from above 3) and you want to substitue the veggie meat from another... then you are SOL. I have been vegetarian my whole life. I am very finicky with my food but I usually prioritize good costumer service(good food comes from a good heart). As an AMERICAN I have always been educated of having options which makes this country worth while, but if you experience or faced in this kind of situation, it's repugnant and makes you feel like you are living in communism, which is loathing. Shame on you.

Good Food. Just ate lunch there and had a very good experience. Food was tasty and fresh and good enough to come back again for. Can't wait to try something new on the menu, and I'm not a vegetarian.
