Favorite!. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Sacramento. I live in another city, but I frequently crave their Orange Chicken. It is sensational. The service at the restaurant is good and the restaurant itself is nicely decorated and well-presented, however their food makes great takeout. Grab a DVD at Blockbuster down the way and tuck in!
