Worship rock legends while dining on familiar American favorites.. In Short
Walls covered with decades of Top-40 memorabilia, rock songs blaring in the background and an all-American menu typify this music-themed restaurant. The kitchen churns out group-friendly appetizers like nachos and Southern staples like barbecue ribs and chicken. Burgers are served with hefty sides of fries and the signature pulled-pork sandwich is topped with vinegar barbecue sauce. The gift shop sells branded items like T-shirts, shot glasses and hats.

Horrible experience. I am a fan of the Hard Rock Cafe and have dined at numerous locations. However, I experienced very bad service at this location. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:30pm. We arrived shortly before 9:00pm and were seated, without a word being said to us. Before we could order, a squad of men came in and started moving the tables around. This restuarant turns into a club late a night. We were never informed of this by the hostess or our waitress. We were rushed through our meal and had no clue why (until we finally asked upon exiting). Our drinks were ridiculously weak. Our appetizer and entrees arrived only a few minutes apart. We had intended to order dessert, but were brought the check (with an incorrect total) before we could even order a dessert. Our food was delicious, but not worth the horrendous service.

SSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWW Service. Food is consistent with other Hard Rock Cafes. Hearty and good proportions. However, the wait staff is clueless, seems to be other wise preoccupied, and not attentive at all.

Always, always, always get a straw with a hole in it at this place. Irritating when it takes me 10-15 minutes to get a new one.

Haystack salad is good, but used to be much larger in proportion with more chicken. Cajun chicken sandwich is good as are the burgers.

As with other Hard Rock Cafes this place has awful accoustics and is always loud!

Free 4-hour validation with dining which comes in handy while at the mall.

Hard Rock Rocks!. The Hard Rock cafe was a great experience. The service was excellent and the server did everything they could to please us. The food was also very satisfying and I will make it a point to go back soon.

Consistant Hard Rock. If you've ever been to another Hard Rock- this one is like all the others. The food is fine, the ambiance is good, the service is decent. Nothing spectacular but they can sometimes have pretty good local bands. Worth checking out if you're in the Downtown area.
