One of the most unique stores I've ever been to!. I came up to Tahoe on a ski trip from the valley & happened to pass by. My girlfriend and I spent over an hour browsing around looking at all the great items this shop has. The employee was very knowledgeable and provided us with a ton of history on the pieces.

I ended up getting some great LAFCO candles that smell amazing as well as a fun Ski Country Cookbook.

Visiting this store is definitely one of my new traditions when visiting Tahoe!

Love this store!. Came to Girasole for the first time this past Summer while I was out riding my bike. I immediately fell in love with their line of Brigham products and ended up buying two mirrors. Since I was on my bike, the manager was nice enough to drop the mirrors off at my Tahoe house later that day at no additional cost! Talk about great customer service.

I came back 3 other times during that stay for more accessory items.

Can't wait to return on my next trip to Tahoe.

Didn't Get What I Paid For.... Went in over Labor Day Week-end, during a huge sales. Found some Italian dishware for a great price. Owner was nice enough to carry the bagged dishes out to my car. Since I was on vacation, I didn't unpack the dishes until I returned to my home four days later. Unfortunately, one of the bags of dishes was missing. I immediately called and left a message at the shop. Called again, twice, the next day to finally get the owner on the phone. Owner was incredibly rude, said it was too late, there was no bag of dishes left behind and if there was it was six days too late (mind you, I called four days later). I tried to reason with him, but ultimately he called me a liar and said it was an expensive mistake, which he was obviously not willing to resolve. I would not recommend shopping at Girasole...owner is far too rude and doesn't seem to care about his customers.
