WILL RIP YOU OFF IF FROM OUT OF TOWN!!!!. Average burgers. Poor service (15 minute wait for burger and fries when not busy). If you show up make shure you pay cash. My meal which included a cheeseburger, fries and a drink was $8.40 on my receipt, but my account transaction on wells fargo says $10.34?!?!?! If you wanna be over charged for mediocre food and service this is the spot.

Shiit Talkers Must Die. Izzy's is the shizz... I like smoking a fat azz L and rolling through therr for a burger and some fries, their fish sandwich, then a dog with relish. Fuuck therr relish is good. Wash that all down with a brew an a blunt and my dayz been Izzified. High-ly recommended. Word.

Where is the spa?. With a name like a "Burger Spa", I expected to be knocked over by these burgers. They offer gourmet-style burgers on the menu, but the charbroiled taste can be a bit overpowering. I would also suggest that they use a higher quality bacon on their bacon cheddar burger. Their burgers are made with 1/3 lb. patties and good-sized. I did enjoy the basket that was half french fries, half onion rings -- best part of my lunch. I'm not going to run back to Izzy's for anything other than the onion rings.

As a former resident of South Lake Tahoe, I definately recommend Izzy's. Excellent charbroiled burgers that are truly unique. I don't think you'll find any made quite like their's. Get the Calfornia avocado or bonsai, you won't be disappointed.
They have an enclosed seating area with picnic tables and umbrellas out behind the restaurant for outside dining.

do not miss. although it has a strange name, this place knows how to make great burgers. I have eaten here numerous times and never had a bad meal yet. They also make great onion rings. Inside seating is limited, but out back is nice on a summer evening
