Great location. This place is very good in location. It's a walk from the lake and very close to the main activities of the city, which are the casinos and the shopping area. The bedrooms are very comfortable with a helpful staff.

saves on a cold.... good WIFi. Sufficiently pure. Gas heater saves on a cold...

Come back again and again. i went to check-in at the budget inn. i ask lady to show me room. she was very friendly. she show me a room. very friendly staff. and we had breakfast in the morning at 7:00 am. the wireless works the best. i will recommend my friend and family to stay here. and i also come back again and again.

Amazing Location!. Park your VEHICLE..you will not need it ..while you are staying here !!! Staying a Budget Inn on South Lake Tahoe was great! I could walk out my door and walk straight to the water within 2 minutes my feet where wet! The pool is clean and heated..for cool nights! The air works greart and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. I rented a bike just a minute away and rode all over, Great location in the middle of town. Fantastic coffee and sandwich shop, cvs, Rent water or ski gear,all is across the street. Italian, sushi, burgers, waffles, every type of food is wking distance. I caught the nifty 50 Trolly and went to the casinos a few times, took about 5ish minutes!
